Default Yahoo's Cole: Jonathan Kraft livid about fake crowd noise after game [merged]

http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/blog/nfl...?urn=nfl,52422

Sorry for adding another post, but I don't think most people would see this if I added it to another thread.

Jonathan Kraft officially brought up the allegation.

Some highlights:

The article indicates the sound was not just from the TV broadcast, as the Krafts noticed it and were at the game, as well as other "observers."

Hilarious twist of irony, as the article states Polian has been vehement about the pass interference rules. Polian has also whined about the Patriots use of replay challenges. Huh?

Now why is it that this headline is Patriots COMPLAIN about crowd noise?

Why can't it be "bring up allegation" or something like that?

I guess we are that hated.

We need something other than Audiogate. How about, the Millivanilliaoplis Colts?

The most interesting aspect of this article is, Kraft confronted NFL security immediatly after this game. Did Kraft hear the audio from the booth tv, or live?

Yeah, I just read that.. Came here to post it..but you beat me to it.
THe title yahoo gave it way over the top,but then again the evil pats dare to speak against the saintly colts

What is important that mainstream media got word of this , perhaps this will ensure a proper investigation. If it is nothing , then fine...but this way it cannot be ignored or silently sweeped under a rug.

This very article discussed right now on WEEI by Dale & Holley.
BB said today that they had NO coach to QB communications.

Default MSNBC and Yahoo Now Reporting on Noisegate

Evidently Jonathan Kraft has filed a complaint.

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21639328/

This is the first truly NATIONAL (not niche blog) reporting on the story. It's also the first we've heard about a formal complaint by the Patriots (Jonathan Kraft, not Robert) being filed.

This story will now spread like wildfire.

I love that Yahoo now gets to sit at the big peoples' table and wear the title of "main stream media."

Doesn't Bill Polian do a monday radio show? Some industrious board member should be clocking-out for the balance of the day and scanning both Indianapolis radio stations for comments.

This could get interesting because if the Colts are guilty this is worse than taping signals. The videotapes weren’t being used “in game” so it wasn't an advantage used to win that particular game whereas, piping in crowd noise (and possibly messing with the communications systems) during a game is designed to help the other team win that game.

On the other hand, it will all likely come to not. The media's not interested in making the Colts the bad guy.
