Default Has anyone heard the quote from Freeney?

When asked if sacking the QB would be an essential part of the game, he was quoted as saying: "The more commercials the QB is in the sweeer the sack" I almost fell out of my chair laughing. Does he realize who he plays with???? what a moron

I heard that too! I laughed my butt off. He must be talking about practicing against Manning. I can't scrape Manning off of my TV.

Either he was trying to be funny about Peyton or he is extremely dumb.

I bet the Boys from Provincetown could interpret that line in a different manner.

It is in reference to Manning, poking some fun at his teammate.

I gotta believe Brady's teammates have had some fun at his expense over those Stetson ads?

Please, we don't like to be reminded of those ads

Throughout history, poverty is the normal condition of man. Advances which permit this norm to be exceeded — here and there, now and then — are the work of an extremely small minority, frequently despised, often condemned, and almost always opposed by all right-thinking people. Whenever this tiny minority is kept from creating, or (as sometimes happens) is driven out of a society, the people then slip back into abject poverty.

I had to work that in some way, at some point. You can't really make fun of the guy for dating supermodels and winning Superbowl MVPs. The Stetson thing was really the only card I had to play.
