Let's face it -- the Pats got as$raped by the officials in last year's AFCCG. Anyone know who is sceduled for this Sunday? Hopefully we'll get a competent crew but more likely it will be another screwjob.

We have a former back judge who is in his first season as referee. I don't recall his name. He was a highly regarded back judge though, did a few Super Bowls.

He must call a lot of penalties. I haven't heard a single complaint out of Polian all week.

According to NFLN the other day I was hearing that the refs are placed via computer scheduling before the season begins and are only hand picked in the playoffs.

So even if this guy doesn't call a lot of penalties, there shouldn't be much polian could do about it but whine and complain.

Ed Hochuli. Everyone's favorite official because he's the only one on the field who could take out Ray Lewis if he ever shows up with his gat and starts shooting.
