I forget his name, but I believe Mo means the low-level dude who tried to rat on us, for money, about the way Bill had been deploying cameras during 2007 & earlier. It was this particular scumbag who was the "source" for Ton-Ass'es bombshell 2 days before the SB That Must Not Be Named, IIRC.
