Default 1920 Buffalo All-Americans

Not since this team has a team defeated their first four opponents by at least 20 points each time.
My friends, we are witnessing the beginnings of an historic season. Ancient records are falling already. Brady is having a season Manning dreams about. Moss already has a couple of records. Hobbs has one. ......more and more.

All the team has to do is stay relatively healthy - by that I mean Brady, Moss and not getting decimated at a given position - and this will be our best team yet. The scary thing about the 20 point thing is every game could have been by a bigger margin if we'd needed the points.

Hey BF, think you meant ... " if PATs wanted to run up the score" like some other teams do.

A curious thing about that Buffalo All-Americans record: none of their four record-setting wins were against league (APFA) teams! They beat up on the following local club teams...

West Buffalo
All-Buffalo
McKeesport
Toledo

...to start the season, then the blowout streak ended when they met their first league opponent, the mighty Rochester Jeffersons.

Regardless, it's pretty amazing to realize we've just watched the best start of any team in NFL history.

I also saw the Brady set another record last night too. # of completions in the first 100 passes of a season at 79 (five more then Jeff George's 74).

Is anyone keeping track of the records we've set so far this year, so we can get a accurate tally?

Two more wins, and Brady TIES Roger Staubach for most victories in his first 100 regular season games.

And that 100th win would be against the Dallas Cowboys.
