Default Keyshawn hit the nail on the head: BB did advance scouting

Emmitt is an idiot insinuating that he didn't coach up average players but he gave them an edge. Isn't that coaching and scouting?

I need to look at this rule again. The pats didn't use the tape for the current game, did for future games.

This is such an obvious reason, do not see why so many people are hung up on this spying thing...talk about demonization...would think BB would have horns by now.

Just saw that myself. Mort says: He kept a 'library' of video on coordinators of every team in the leauge to help coach the team if the Pats ended up playing them on Sunday.

Sounds legit to me.

the NFL needs to evaluate every team. Mangini stole a laptop before he left the Pats.

This whole situation is asinine. Then when Emmit said the "average" players the Pats got maybe really are just "average"

Tell that to Vrabel. Right after the Steelers cut him.

My favourite was when Tom Jackson brought his 11 year old daughter into this and her budding soccer career. Please TJ, just stand up and declare to the world what we all already know - you hate BB and the entire Patriots organization. Stop with this 'neutral' *********, please!

How about Mike Holmgren, Lovie Smith, the coach of the Saints, etc all saying that video taping the signs is common in the NFL......And Ditka saying that George Halas/Allen had hidden microphones in the opponents locker rooms.....

More evidence that there is a double standard in the NFL.

Exactly. Before he even opened his mouth you already knew which side he'd be on. I was, however, expecting Ditka to stand up for Belichick a little more than he did.

Steve Young just said that Chargers QB is going to have a career game because the Pats have lost our advantage!

What a F'in moron.

WHAT THE ***** IS WRONG WITH THESE RETARDS.

I don't think I can take this anymore.

Now everyone is crying about what the Pats do..."OH MY GOD, BELICHICK FOUND OUT THE OPPONENTS STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES AND CRAFTED A GAME PLAN BASED ON THAT, WHAT A CHEATER!!" That's what I'm hearing.
