Default All of a sudden every San Fran loss is a kick in Goodell's face

Now we have even more reason to cheer loud and strong for San Fran to lose and lose often this year,For every loss San Fran has it moves us closer to the upper part of the draft board.

I still think SF wil get 9 wins or more but if Alex Smith or Frank Gore are out for any period of time that record will likely lessen as the 49ers have absolutely no depth behind QB and RB.

How do you think Goodell or everyone that despises us now would feel if the Patriots get a #5 to #10 pick in next years draft?

The Patriots would probably use the high pick to trade down to a team for a lower pick and bargain hard to grab that teams second to make up for the lost pick - That would allow for us to vitually lose nothing because of this punishment, especially if the team we trade with has a decent high up the board 2nd draft spot.

We NEED to cheer LOUDLY for TWO teams EVERY week now - The Patriots and whoever is playing the Niners. - You have to think the FO is already thinking of ways to plot against the screw job Goodell gave us.

After all if you are pitting a chess game between Belichick and Goodell, then everytime I would bet on Belichick to checkmate.

Its a wonder when Goodell made this punishment to the Patriots that he did not say that it was O.K. for only San Francisco to be allowed have a cameraman on the sidelines recording opposing defensive signals this year to spite us

As long as Alex is under center, SF ain't going anywhere.

BTW-their "overhyped 46 D" Nolan assembled stinks too.

They would have lost to Arizona if the stupid Cardinals had a clue - unfortunately they get the Rams this week with no Pace and both starting CB out.

Stephen Jackson gets 130 yards and the Rams win a low scoring game,My guess

You just don't knockout Jackson 2 games in a row-its been a while since that happened

I'm not so sure about that. I don't think he's all that bad, and he's getting better. Unfortunately.

I actually don't mind the 49er's... but now I REALLY want them to tank this year.

I take it you didn't watch the 9ers this monday. Their offense was downright terrible.

You know, having a pick high in the first round isn't necessarily better than in the lower half. What if your wishes come true and the 49ers go 2-14? We pick first overall and owe that college player $30 million in guranteed money. I'd rather draft lower in the first round and pay the athlete a sensible amount of money, e.g. Maroney. The risk/reward ratio is very nice around picks #20-32.

As for Alex Smith, he led a game-winning touchdown drive at the end of the fourth quarter. The pass to the 1-yard line was very nice and it would have been a touchdown if the reciever hadn't fumbled forward into the end zone.

St. Louis will draw dead again this week. 49ers 21, Rams 10

He wasn't better last week. With a new OC there's no guarantee he even stays the same, he could easily go backwards.
