Default The Proper Penalty...

The ideal penalty would be to make the team do something for CHARITY.
Lets say 2000 Hours of Community service.
What better way to brighten the image of the nfl.
And have Bob Kraft pay to publicize those Charaties on TV.
and a 3rd Round pick.

Heres why...
The Broncos (I believe circumvented the salary cap and that was the penalty they paid)
The Dolphins beat us last year 21-0 and we all know they had our signals.
The NFL is Americas Sport why not create something good to bring good attention to the product.
Who wouldn't love to see T Brady with a puppy for Dog Shelters.
Or Moss in Schools visiting kids for United Way.
Troy Brown for Boys Clubs.
Or Teddy Bruschi in a make a wish commercial.
Even Junior will find some way to contribute...
Win Win Win
Who could turn down this sales pitch???

I say the penalty should be Kraft gets to pay for the radio equipment for the defenses for the entire nfl.

That way the pats get penalized and the entire problem goes away.

The Steelers got docked a 3rd round pick for practicing in pads in the off-season one year.
