The Patriot's Super Bowls were won with execution on offense, defense, special teams and coaching. Yes Brady was a huge contributor to these Super Bowl victories, arguably event the biggest, but that doesn't make him a better QB than Peyton Manning.

Obviously, it's not fully updated, but it should be enough to make the point. Blaming the defense of the Colts is simply inaccurate.

That is real funny it's fine keep stirring that pot for Tom to have something to prove as if having 3 championships under his belt just going into his prime, wasn't enough.
Sometimes I think the organization instructs the media to be this stupid to always keep that fire lit in Brady's heart.

It doesn't say what's the best team, which has the most talented players, which teams has the biggest payroll, smallest payroll. It stands for the team that played the best in that season. Put the number on there for that year. And the next year we start all over again everybody is at the same point."

Manning has surpassed Brady over the last 2 years...easily. Manning is in complete control of his offense, is more accurate, and hits his WRs in stride. Brady has been underthrowing his targets, throwing behind them, and throwing that once-a-game pick in the endzone. Just look at the Pats losses and you will see a sorry statline with multiple picks. Tommy is great...and has been great...but Manning has been playing some of the best QB in the history of the NFL.

It sounds like one game has changed his mind.

So throwing against Jason David, Mark Simoneau, Scott Shanle, and Josh Bullocks all of a sudden makes Manning an HOFer???

Scanning through all this, it finally crystallized exactly how I feel:

I do not care who is better. Honestly, could not care less.

Brady is amazing. Manning is spectacular. They're both first-ballot hall of famers, both among the best QBs the game has ever seen. Fans of both teams are blessed and will be talking about these guys to their children and grandchildren.

We'll never know what Brady would have done as a Colt or what Manning would have done as a Patriot. Who cares??? We know what they've done with the hands they've been dealt, which is plenty. So I am officially refusing to waste one single brain cell on this question. (I'm short on brain cells as it is.)

That is all. Carry on.

When all is said and done.....

Brady is the football equavilent of Bill Russell.

Manning is Wilt Chamberlin.

Both great both HOF players, I know who I want on MY team though.....

As if the media ever really argued that Brady was better even before Manning won his Superbowl. Please. As far as the media has been concerned, it's been Manning, Manning, Manning....when we were winning the Superbowls, and when we didn't.

That's right on...I wish I had come up with that. Can I use it at the gameday party tomorrow?

I think Manning is a better QB than Brady. So what? Without the team around
them neither one would succeed. But, on skill and ability, I'll take Manning over
Brady. I just think he is better, not lots better, but better. Brady seems to have
lost a little bit on his fastball over the past year. For what reason, I don't know.
May be due to his crappy receivers, Matt "The Human Turnstyle" Light, or his
screwed up personal life. His game doesn't seem to be improving.
