So don't flatter yourself. The Colts are the de facto squad to be compared to. But this is still a Pats thread, not a Colts thread. Were the Bears the champs, we would probably be looking there for examples.
Well, maybe that isthe difference. Character "issues" were clear and present for Patriots to evaluate. I don't know if any of the Colts players had "issues" prior to becoming employees of the Colts.

I think the whole thing is overblown, but the media does need material.

BTW, the THREAD TITLE makes it appear as though this is actually a Colts thread, and NOT a Pats thread as you stated.

They where colts and they had character issues, Period. Unless of course you want to forget how Meriweather was in a fight since he was not a pat yet. Funny thing is the Indy players mentioned in this thread WHERE colts.

The argument you are trying to make clearly shows you have nothing to say that can refute what was said. Colts players = trouble with law.... End of story.

Nice try... That post was made when there where no colts threads on the board. Trying to use old posts and pass them off like they are current? Btw, Indystar is obsessed with the patriots. There are at least 10 patriots related threads on the board at any given time. Even the threads that do not have a pats title at some point turn into pats threads.

Most of the posters there are obsessed with being seen as better then the pats at everything. Anyone who says anything posotive about the pats is a ballwasher, etc etc. That is called envy : )

Nice try. That was the second one you had started in a couple days. As far as the Star's board goes, there are far more Pats fans posting over there than there are Colts fans over here, so it's natural that there would be more topics there. Not to mention that the Moss trade and the draft are the only things going on right now.

When it comes to the Colts players being in trouble, if it makes you feel better to connect them to the Colts, fine go ahead. But, even if you still call them Colts, their issues were after the Colts aquired them, not before.

BTW, I'm not trying to play grammer police, but if you use all caps, make it the correct word.
