Default IndyStar Cracks me up

I was a little bored so I went and read some of the indystar posts. unreal
I think th e funniest thing I saw was that ESPN (they called it BSPN no idea why) was always homers toward us. I guess Indy has selective memory.
That and they have a whle thread called "2007 season cancelled" when they complain that everyone has already crowned us the champion (much like they do to Indy every other year). I haven't heard that at all I have heard we might be the favorites but thats it. oh well maybe it was just comedic to me

That is pretty funny... my significant other's kid is a huge indy fan.... he called her back last night (she had called him because we want to all get together in Indy for the game...)

So anyway I ask him how he felt about their draft... he was like "I think we got some good talent that can help out.... I guess you guys got a little better in the off-season... I don't know if Moss is going to work out there..."

Hey, I can't blame him. I live in Washington, where moves like this happen every offseason, then they forget to play during the year.

But it is funny watching the Colts fans affect nonchalance, because their approach has been predicated in the past on notions like "laser rocket arm" and "the triplets" and "the best WR corps in the universe," etc.

It's different when you're already a balanced team, and you just get better - that's my spin on it. We'll see how different it is in the fall

I like our chances.

I will always like our chances (as long as no one named Grier or Carroll takes over again). :-)

But Indy is far away at this point. Training camp has to come. Then preseason (where I hope nobody marginally important starts). Then winning the division. Indy is not even on the radar right now...

well until we face them, but then they will be off my radar until the end of Dec.

Indystar posters are 90 percent chicks who know NOTHING about football. All day long the OBSESS about the patriots. 15 threads a day.
