I just don't get a good feeling about cut blocking and the Raiders I believe this will lead to quite a few fights.

They are welcome to cut block the Broncos twice a year as far as I'm concerned.

They'll need chainsaws to cause any improvement. Total suckitude. they can't even trade the only player that used to be worth something.

This is about what the commissioner, and the union, should be truly concerned.

There should be a rule stating, simply, that within the hashmarks, inside the tackle box, vertically and horizontally, there shall be no blocking at or below the knees, from any direction.

What's so hard about that?

It would completely derail Zone Blocking schemes.

Learn to defend the cut block. Every team cut blocks.

The offensive line falls down on every play anyway. They might as well call it "technique."

That's chop blocking, which legitimately gets us . What the Raiders are doing is cut blocking, which often leads to chop blocking, but isn't the same.

That doesn't make it right. Blocking at/below the knees in the cramped, chaotic confines of the tackle box is cruel and cowardly, pardon the alliteration.
