With Reagor, my guess is that the Colts just wanted to get younger and cheaper there. With some key free agents coming up next year, maybe the Colts just wanted to get his cap figure (even though it wasn't too big) totally off the books for next year.
As for June, profootballtalk has his contract figures posted today, and it shows that the Colts could have easily kept him if they wanted to. His cap figure is only $1.67M with the Bucs this year. I think the Colts simply want Keiaho as their starting WLB rather than June. |
