Default What did Sean Salisbury say?

The rage right now is over what Salisbury said about Peyton's leading the comeback. There seems to be a argument over what his actual words were.

We'll nip, we'll tuck, we'll go, we'll punch, we'll CHEW or JEW???, we'll do it all. And they nickel-and-dimed it and Peyton made the plays when it mattered all through the second half."

I think he meant to say chew, but it came out wrong. Listen for yourself.

I believe what he said was, "I was a slightly better NFL quarterback than Billick and Dungy, but now they're NFL head coaches, and I'm a drunken buffoon, but less so than Lobel."

wooooooo
im jewish and i take offense if he said that
i guess hes jus jealous of our success (a la robert kraft, 90 percent of hollywood etc)

must be a mel gibson lover

i actually have decided to never watch any mel gibson movie since i saw the passion
theres a scene at the end that portrays all us jews going to hell....and what did he blow, like a .08? hes an alcoholic, a .08 isnt even close to buzzed for an alcholic, so dont blame it on the booze

Neither word makes any sense in that context.

That makes no sense. What exactly does a defensive player do when he tries to "jew" the opponent? Answer me that and I'll buy it
