Yes. The Polian has filed a injuncture with the leaugue that the pay-tre-ots are only allowed to tackle colts players once they get in the red zone, and the five yard rule applies to that as well

I just heard an interview with Polian the other day and being as it was the first time I've ever heard an interview with him I was really surprised that he says Patriots like that. I was trying to think of how to write it out the way he says it and you nailed it perfectly. Its the Patriots jackass, not the pay-tre-ots. Also he's been interviewing everywhere, its like he's on a book tour.
