They need to see what Indy is gonna do. And this is where play action will be very useful NEM. The key will be the O-Line again giving Brady enough time for the deep pattern to develop.

If the Colts are going to bring thr safeties but then they have to try deep. If the safeties go deep then Maroney and Dillon HUGE days.

This is where the versatility of the tight ends pays off. You can keep them in for protection and shift them to the slot whereby the colts can't substitute personnel and brady would have keymatchups.

There's a difference between taking shots and trying to force things. That's what happened with Brady to Gabriel. Gabriel was in double if not triple coverage on the play. If that is the case, there is no point in going deep. They should try to see what they can get on the ground.

He can definetely go downfield, but he hasn't been able to haul one in yet, and the throws have been pretty good. I think he is so valuable as a posession guy right now. They should run some kind of play where Gaffney runs a 10 yard post, hopefully draw the safeties up, and then go deep to Chad/Reche. If the safety decides to cover the deep ball, throw it to Gaffney for 10 yards.

very true, the Jets game showed us the possibilities on deep routes.

I jsut hope he doesn't fall in love with Watson. this could be a good game for the wendy's boy.

I'm sure we'll definitely see something like that, just need to be careful of the sideline routes.

Yeah you're right. I just remembered the game against the Texans. Gaffney went deep...

I agree. I remember thinking to myself "That is the one thing we COULDN'T do on the first drive." Between that and the Rodney injury, the game was over in the first quarter.

Exactly. And probably a big reason the running game was being as successful as it was was because the Colts were triple covering receivers. Their run defense is not good enought to be able to do that and still stop the run.

Absoultely, the Pats were moving the ball nicely, cory was running nicely also. I see the Pats being very methodical in this game.

The fact is.... this is the same old peyton manning offense. what's changed? the running back, that's all.

Everyone hypes them up to be the best offense of all time, but the fact is they lost to the TEXANS. Lost to Tennesse and JAX. I believe the Pats beat all three of them pretty good. Two of them are physical football teams.

The defense has played well two week, but let's remember in the past the colts demolished denver to face the pats and ran into a brick wall.

The same will happen with their defense. BB will find the sore that will be exposed and exploit their several weaknesses. Funny how they say Dungy is a defensive coach.
