Default Did anyone hear about Heath Evans's injury??

I heard about it last night..Burton mentioned it but I was half asleep. he mentioned that Haeth had been hospitalized for a few days...that this was done quietly and that he had lost 10 punds, BUT he was back in action and making plays in the game..Just showing how tough a team the Pats are...Pretty off I haeb't seen that mentioned..

Half asleep or not you caught the same thing I heard. He'd been hospitalized most of the week, lost 10lbs and yet still brought it on the field yesterday on special teams! Burton's comments were mostly directed on how the Pats players gut it out.

i just want to mention Evans's big special teams tackle yesterday. One of those little plays that make a difference. I've never been his biggest proponent but I always seem to notice him when he does something right, never something wrong.

Took the words right out of my mouth. That was a heckuva play ......especially under the circumstances mentioned in this thread. Great stuff.
