Ah, Italian food! Wonderful -- and very traditional, I think. Were the gnocchi home made?

Buon Natale to you too, IPTP! Did you get to see the Jacksonville game?

Lots of good stuff (Tom missing receivers but still keeping the team moving forward with great poise and bravery, the return of LoMo and Rodney, Mike Wright holding up the middle in the absence of Vince, Ty Warren a beast again, good plays from almost everyone -- except for Tully Banta Cain's touchdown brain fart and Tedy's tackling being shown up by their shifty little running back.)

Sounds like a great Italian feast. I'm Italian also, and on Christmas eve my mother always made seven kinds of seafood (The Feast of the Seven Fishes, an Italian Christmas Eve tradition built around fish of all kinds and prepared in as many different ways as possible). I copied that description from a website. Are you familiar with that tradition?

From a small town near Cassino, so I guess I'm half Roman and half Napolitan! That's 100% Italian anyway. Having dinner at my son's and daughter in law's house later tonight, so time to kill here.

Ciao

yes: i know Cassino - so you have 'Central Italy' origins

ps: tomorrow is festa again as you know: Santo Stefano...

then is over and it will be time to eat only salads and mozzarella and pomodoro in order to 'loose' what you gained...

ciao !
