starters: olive, salame, parma ham, insalata russa, coktail di gamberetti, gnocchi alla romana con piselli and ham, cappone, orata fish con patate, panettone artigianale, lambrusco red wine and a rose' wine, coffe plus bisquits.
starters: olive, salame, parma ham, insalata russa, [= russian salad, i.e. diced mixed vegetables] coktail di gamberetti [ = shrimp ****tail], gnocchi alla romana con piselli and ham [I don't know what the 'alla romana' means in the case of gnocchi, but gnocchi are gnocchi and piselli are peas], cappone [= capon, I think (a chicken that isn't a **** any more, if you get my meaning)], orata [ = sea bream] fish con patate [ = potatoes], panettone artigianale [rustic pannetone -- a sweet, yeast bread, if you don't know it], lambrusco red wine and a rose' wine, coffe plus bisquits.

Ah, Italian food! Wonderful -- and very traditional, I think. Were the gnocchi home made?
Buon Natale to you too, IPTP! Did you get to see the Jacksonville game?
Lots of good stuff (Tom missing receivers but still keeping the team moving forward with great poise and bravery, the return of LoMo and Rodney, Mike Wright holding up the middle in the absence of Vince, Ty Warren a beast again, good plays from almost everyone -- except for Tully Banta Cain's touchdown brain fart and Tedy's tackling being shown up by their shifty little running back.)

Sounds like a great Italian feast. I'm Italian also, and on Christmas eve my mother always made seven kinds of seafood (The Feast of the Seven Fishes, an Italian Christmas Eve tradition built around fish of all kinds and prepared in as many different ways as possible). I copied that description from a website. Are you familiar with that tradition?
Wonderful, wonderful. I hope that, someday, you and I can meet. HAVE A WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR.
This world will survive much longer if people from all across this planet can meet, understand one another, and work together for the survival of our world.
In the meantime, pass the salame. I will have some on rye bread. I love Genoa salami, my favorite.
grazie NEM - again: Buon Natale You too and Yr Family and a Positive and health 2007 !
i really hope we will have the opportunity to met each other and this could happens and i will listen with pleasure, having a drink together, your 'Patriots experience' and the usual nice and, for me, very interesting stories about the past
yes, my friend.
it was a nice day.
pity that no-one was interested to talk about the Patriots too.
when they see my t-shirts with Pat Patriot or Flying Elvis they ask me 'who is he ?'
someone told me that Pat Patriot looks like a Mexican...bah...
from wich area of Italy do you have origins ?
anyway: un Sereno Natale ed un Buon Anno anche a Te ed alla Tua Famiglia and...Go Pats !!! The Best Team in the world !!!
From a small town near Cassino, so I guess I'm half Roman and half Napolitan! That's 100% Italian anyway. Having dinner at my son's and daughter in law's house later tonight, so time to kill here.

ps: tomorrow is festa again as you know: Santo Stefano...
then is over and it will be time to eat only salads and mozzarella and pomodoro in order to 'loose' what you gained...
