We never should have tried to slip Eckel onto the practice squad. He was claimed by the team #2 in line. Grrr. Instead we kept Patrick Pass who developed SOPA (Sudden Onset Pigskin Aversion, which strikes without warning and causes the victim to avoid contact with anything made of pigskin. Pass obviously suffered a SOPA attack during a game with the Bills.)

Speaking of Pass, I thought we were going to activate him. Any word? We only have 52 on the roster, right? Is he practicing?

I like Maroney's long KO returns, but have to confess I stop breathing until he gets up after a KO return tackle. Pass and Faulk may get fewer yards, but an injury to them wouldn't devastate the team like a season-ending injury to Maroney
