LOL!!! Great Interview....so nice to learn more about Charlie.

Loves to be a "Jerk" if that's what it takes to get supreme effort and efficiency.

Starts every recruiting day with "You Give Love A Bad Name" by Bon Jovi

Says his biggest challenge at ND was to dress everyone down to build the orginization from ground up. Does not care what anyone thinks...100% total confidence. Loves the challenge every season of having a team with a bunch of rookies....

I'll leave more for others to post....but real great interview.

Why he was not hired in the NFL when they had their chance amazes me.....he was better than all hired since then.

Andy Reid of the Eagles said "Charlie must be spending alot of time in the confessional with his foul language.
Weiss says coaches are miserable by nature....hmmm...shanahan looked very miserable today.

We must be right or he would have had an NFL head coaching job by now.

He was, and is, perfectly geared to be a major college head coach where he can associate, and work with, the younger players and groom them for an NFL career.

Which is why Notre Dame ripped up his contract and gave him a bigger one, one with a hugely expensive buyout clause?

Great segment there about Charlie. He is definitely a piece of work. I didn't know his new deal with ND was so lucrative. Thanks, F.B.N. for bringing it up or I wouldn't have seen it.

Eh... I have a question, why do so many people take cheap shots at Charlie?

The guy that was responsible for grooming our HOFer QB and here he's being compared to a phone book?

That's low by any standard.
