The best news that I've seen on this is that it's a 4PM deadline. I thought it was a midnight deadline.

Please let it be a 4PM EST deadline.

Only forty? That's just one poster most days.

You mean John Clayton "This is the year that the changing of the guard takes place in the AFC East - the Dolphins have overtaken the falling Patriots"?????

You mean THAT guy?

ha ha ha ha ha, humour is funny...

Well time will tell, if we get him...I think we got a great team without him, we are transitioning to a run offense, however MOss may open things up in the middle so if we get him and use him sparingly, at least the threat is there. Directly or indirectly, he would be a factor doncha think?

When I see this I will believe it, one question I have posed over and over again on these threads is how will we absorb his salary for '07 and '08, I believe 9+ million and 11+ million? I am pretty sure he would not renegotiate or take a Pats friendly contract.

Still don't seem him fitting into this org, and his salary will upset the apple cart.

Thread title needs to be changed then. Here was me getting all giddy at the thought of us getting a Probowl WR, just to find out it's a load of rubbish.

You don't trade for Randy Moss to use him sparingly. You trade for guys like him to open up the entire offense, and add an impact player that changes the game on a weekly basis. I'd love to have him here.
