Unfortunately, we're quite familiar with it... He also did some taunting of the fans from the sidelines later in the game too. Honest to God, I would have no hard feelings towards Dillon if he hadn't made his attacks at the very fans who bought his jerseys and sang his praises for so many years. It's sad to see him still attacking the fans. Takeo Spikes worked his way out of town too, but he did it between himself and the organization. He never took it out on the fans that rooted for him. Takeo, I still like quite a bit. It's been sad to see him with so many injuries.

Good luck during the rest of the season and hope to see you guys in the PO.

Throwing the ball back was a great move by the fans IMO - got a good laugh out of that.

Thanks for the info . And yeah, the fan that threw the ball back may have been the only one in orange worthy of a game ball.

Someone fill me in on the postgame thing. What did Chad and Carson say? I can see Chad making some odd remarks but Carson?

He said the better team didn't win.

Brady was asked about that on EEI's Patriots Monday and he said something to the effect, "I've heard that before."

I can understand the hard feelings towards Dillon, but he's our guy now and he's been a fantastic, team-first player in all respects since he got here (playing hurt, reaching out to help the new guy, etc.).

As for yesterday, he was very strongly booed by the Cincinnati crowd, so you can imagine that that intensified his emotions. I don't think that fans can expect a one-way street (we abuse you, you have to smile at us). And throwing the ball into the crowd wasn't exactly wiping his backside on the goal-post or giving them the finger. Still, he broke the rules and will get fined. So be it.

Agreed. I certainly don't expect Bengals fans to want to shower Dillon with love and kisses, but I am not the least bit upset that he got flagged and will probably be fined. The guy has been the exact opposite of the "cancer" he was touted to be since the moment he got here, and I am a huge fan.

And it was a great gesture for the Tigris fans to toss the ball back!
I laughed out loud at that.

Yes, absolutely!

I bet that the guys will all have a good laugh about that on the training ground (led by BB and Brady).
