Default AFC East foes - Vincent done, Takeo hurting

http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2586131
The Buffalo Bills placed veteran free safety Troy Vincent on injured reserve with a hamstring injury Wednesday, ending his season.

Linebacker Takeo Spikes missed practice because of a hamstring injury.

--
That's one heck of a hamstring injury, can anyone remember a guy missing an entire season with one. There have been a few that nursed them, aka Terry Glenn, for a year but I can't remember someone this early in the season going down.

If it fully tore I can easily believe a player would miss 2 to 3 months plus rehab. A torn hammy is a bad, bad injury.

That is too bad. They play the fish this weekend.

BTW, did you know that Dolphins have a blow hole.

I agree, I was looking forward to them putting the smack down on the Dolphins.... You never know, maybe they will.... At the very least, the Bills D should cause some problems for the All-Mighty Culpepper!

He said it wasn't torn, just pulled. I think the reason they did it is because they're thin at S. He might have been able to come back in 6-8 weeks, but that might be too late.

Didn't we lose Tebucky to a hamstring injury?

Your right, I guess I didn't have to look far for an instance.
