Gameday Brats
1 Pkg Johnsonville Brats (regular - uncooked)
1 Pkg top split buns
2 Green Peppers - 1/4" slices
1 Vidalia Onion - 1/4" slices
2 bottles Beer (Becks or St Pauli's)
2 Tbsp Butter
Dozen whole peppercorns
Spicy brown mustard
Grill pepper & onion slices for a few minutes then toss into pot on side of grill (low heat) with beer, butter and peppercorns.
Grill brats on all sides for about 20 minutes then toss into beer bath.
Self-serve out of beer bath with peppers & onions after about 15 minutes, they can stay in there for several hours no problem.

Now HERE is a valuable post!
As fate would have it, I'm going to New England tomorrow for my brother's wedding, so I'll hope to score some First Down Franks.
