I wonder if that means straight up or if it means a #1 for Walker and a pick back from GB.

i think it is safe to say that GB will not get a 1st rounder from the pats. i doubt the saints would give their 1st rounder(4th overall!), and i think that denver wont give their no.1( no.15)

I think you're overrating Javon Walker. He had one good year, tore his ACL, quit on his team. and wants a big contract. I doubt anyone will trade a 2nd rd pick for him.

Now that Favre is coming back, GB has NO chance to win this year. They should just settle for a 4th round this year and 3rd rounder next year and rebuild.

This obviously is something we are serious about.
ITs going to come down to A) what other teams will offer. BB will not make the highest offer until its do or die. B) where Walker wants to play. He cant be traded if he wont sign a contract.

The interesting thing is his price will come down on Sunday.
I think BB would be willing to pay a 2nd (but maybe next year) or a 3rd.

It seems that GB isnt very interested in a 2007 pick since there is such a flurry before the draft.

Tough spot for BB if he wants him. He can sit tight and see the price drop, or just pay what it takes to secure him.

Very interesting, and IMO, very telling about how BB feels about his WR position (telling once we see what he actually does).

Saints are at #2 overall & GB is at #5. They could conceivably swap the picks in exchange for Walker. The Saints have been rumored to want to trade down for weeks. The Packers would love to get Mario Williams.

3rd this year and conditional pick next year.
