At least none of them are picking the Jets to get to the Super Bowl. Looks like the Ravens will be the trendy pick from the AFC.

I expect everyone to pick the Jets right now, but how long before they blow up? 1-3 to start the season isn't that unlikely for them.

I actually think a 1-6 start is possible for them. BALT, NE, @MIA, @BUF, MINN, @DENVER, GB. If they come out of that stretch with 4 or more wins, they'd have to consider that a pretty good start.

Nothing makes me happier than having the mainstream media picking against us. It'd be the kiss of death to have some of those guys picking us.

I don't mind the questions surrounding our team; they're legit, and I have no clue what some of the answers will be. But I don't get the ridiculous amount of attention going to the Jets at all. They barely made the playoffs thanks to the Colts packing it in, need their young QB Sanchez to continue to develop, downgraded 2/3 of the best rushing offense, picked up a cornerback that can't tackle, and have a ton of contract issues popping up now.

Their first 5 games (and 6 of their first 7) are against playoff teams or division opponents, with the only exception being the Broncos, who could've/should've/didn't make the playoffs.

Miami concerns me more than the Jets.
