I know he is not an undrafted Pete Rose type but hell yes he could help. I would rather see Fat Albert as the RDE than anyone of the scrubs that are currently slotted. He would help the running defense and the pass rush.

Not that the guy couldnt help us physically on our line, but he wont be playing here anytime soon. The guy is a walking, breathing RED FLAG.

I think this has been covered ad nauseum, but didn't he expressly state that he didn't want to play in a 3-4? Seems like another Adalius waiting to happen, an ego who wouldn't be happy with his role and would make a stink about it.

Anyone who thinks there's even a remote possibility of this happening either has no clue about the Patriots or no clue about the type of person Haynesworth is.

Why are we discussing this anymore. The only way the Pats take Haynesworth is if they switch to the 4-3 base and there is no indication they would consider that.

FWIW, the author of the article explicitly notes that.

And, BTW, his final conclusion is, "Thanks but no thanks."

We 2-gap. Haynesworth doesn't want to 2-gap. Why does this article or thread exist?

Isn't that kind of like writing an article asking whether people should stop using running water?
