My guess is it will be a most delightful interview. But that's just a guess.

Seymour says he never said he wanted to be the highest paid [anything]. He just wanted fair pay. I like how he feels blessed to stay in New England.

Edit: His best line was something like "Everyone can go out and get those 93 jerseys now because I'm going to be around." He also said that every 93 jersey he sees in the crowd, he's going to sign! A great mood is in the air.

"Tell everybody up there in New England to go out and buy those #93 jeresys cause I'm gonna be there"

now that's is best quote of the off-season!

No deep insights. Happy to stay, blah, blah, blah.

Uses a sports psychologist to help with mentality, approach, etc. Kind of like alot of golfers. Just to build confidence.

Speaks regularly with alot of pro bowl types -- mentioned Strahan and Ray Lewis specifically, regarding approach to the game, etc.

Threw Belichick some bouquets regarding helping him to learn the game and get better.

It's all good...

So what about all those ESPN columns on why Big Sey wasn't coming back and how he felt dissed and was mad at BB for his contract and all the rest of that blather from last week?

Face it...we have pathological haters trying to tear down the Patriots model and success the past few years by any and all means at their disposal.....today was a Waterloo for these cretins....I sincerely hope Borges takes a jump off the Tobin

Definitely. The media has said:
- Drafying Seymour was idiotic.
- The Pats had no chance in 2001
- Brady was weak armed, a fluke, and overrated after 2001 and even 2002.
- The players supposedly hated Belichick after releasing Milloy.
- Drafting Watson proved that Graham was a bad pick.
- That the Patriots were over with Weiss and Crennel leaving.
- Letting McGinest and Vinatieri go proved they were screwing up.

I'm forgetting many others, but I have never seen a team have so much success yet have so much second guessing and criticism about them year after year.

I guess some people can't help but hate others for success, and try to tear them down as much as they can.
