I picked him also. Team needs are much greater at OLB and these positions will be highly competitive.

From Patriots Football Weekly
"for the second consecutive year, the Patriots have invited a collegiate wrestler to rookie mini-camp in the hopes of converting him to an offensive lineman ".
I'm pulling for the guy who has along way to go,John Wise.

I voted for Bryan Anderson and also gave consideration to Farnham, Paschall & Brown, in that order.

I feel that WR needs at least one more competent body; so if Anderson proves capable of becoming a reliable RZ/3rd-down target operating outside the hash marks, then he should move ahead of Patten (there's no way that David Patten makes the team), Aiken, Stanback & Slater on the depth chart, and behind Moss, Holt, Edelman, Price & Tate. If Bill keeps 6 WRs, then he's #6; if 5, then he's the first WR off the PS.

If Farnham proves capable of becoming a reliable punt returner - and we currently have nobody on the roster outside of Faulk experienced in returning NFL punts - then he could make cut-down days very interesting. At worst, he could get a job doing that for us on the PS.

If Taylor/Morris become FUBAR during TC, then Paschall could find himself on the inside looking out; and would it be such a stretch for him to outplay the Firm and suddenly become #3(!!) on the depth chart? Because of this possibility, I wish that Bill had gone harder after Lonyae Miller or Andre Dixon as UDFAs, or even drafted Jonathan Dwyer in the 5th round instead of the Zoltan.

And if Sergio Brown, with his size, proves capable of becoming an effective bump & run, press CB with FS coverage & tackling abilities, and can play a mean STs, then he could give Arrington/Lockett a run for their money, or even make Wilhite/Wheatley expendable (dare I dream it?).

As for the others: fuhgeddaboudem; they're TC fodder, nothing more.

Farnham, Dark Horse for sure, but he's the guy.

I would also like to at least see Justin Fargas brought here for a workout/physical; same with Ladell Betts, Chris Brown & Kevin Jones.

I think Farnham, Paschall, and Fletcher all have a slim chance, but none of the others do.

I seriously doubt Paschall makes the 53 man roster simply because the leap from a small college program to an NFL playoff contender is too large to happen that quickly. I think Paschall goes to the practice squad and probably replaces BJGE on the roster the following year.

As for an UDFA making the roster this year, I don't see that happening given the number of players drafted this year and last year. Obviously that may change due to injuries but my guess is "none of the above." If I absolutely have to pick one player as the most likely to make the team I guess I would go with Fletcher first, followed by Brown. I suppose it comes down to who will help out on special teams the most.

Very tough camp competition. I say none of the above.
yeah i would have said none of the above too. we have just had so many draft picks the last few years it's going to be hard for a UDFA to cut it. maybe if Holt pulls a galloway but i don't really see that happening

Paschall or Fletcher, because those are the two positons that are below average.

Betts would be my choice for a short yardage guy..

I have liked Fargas for awhile..

Neither of the other two really wow me.
