Maybe they were not all great selections but the other AFC East Teams not named the Patriots have appeared to better themselves.

The Jets have added LT, Antonio Cromartie, DT Rod Wright and S Brodney Poole. Like these players or not, it has made them at least somewhat better.

The Fins have signed LB Dansby, Perhaps the best single AFC East signing so far.

The Bills have signed DT Dwan Edwards, ILB Andra Davis (both still young and decent). OT Cornell Greene, DT Marlon Favorite.

The Pats signed their own!! (oh yeah, they could have done this months ago) and some special teams LB called Murrell or Morall or something.

Am I wrong or does their seem to be an issue here? Or do we go back to the old standard "The Draft is going to save us all!" routine.

"Better" is relative to what the other teams on the schedule look like in September through January. There is no "issue" here and still lots of time before rosters are settled. You also can NOT say they could have signed their own months ago.

If no team lost a FA there would be no free agency. Just be patient, we don't need a new thread every day talking about the sky is falling in March. Let it play out.

Dwan Edwards and Dansby are the only players I would consider improvements. The fact that Cornell Green is considered an upgrade is basically a testament to how bad the Bills' oline is.

I don't know why people are so caught up in the Jet's signing of Cromartie and LT, one was basically ran out of town and traded away for nothing and the other is a shell of his former self. Honestly, If the Patriots had signed either of them I'd have been pissed.

I took a 2 week breather myself. Now i come back to find out 3 afc east teams bettered themselves, and mine wasnt on the list.....

On a serious note, Im surprised there isnt more threads like this one on pg 1. I thought for sure i'd come back to threads about BB not signing every FA known to mankind, and how he's ruining the team
