But we didn't win the SB this year, so this is just another one of BBs idea that are stupid and he must change.

As we all know, one of the HC's jobs is to coach the coaches. The less new, or total, coaches the more time Bill has for each coach and position individually.

the pats have won nothing since weis and crennel have departed.

no offensive coordinator was evident last year.....in a bad way

so by your logic, the pats didn't win, so BB is a goddamn genius

Typical dumb argument. The were a Samuel dropped INT from a PERFECT SEASON. But, no, they weren't as good as when Weis and Crennel were there

Q: ... I wonder if there isn't a level of awe that they may feel to be on your staff, whereas Josh McDaniels, Tom Dimitroff, Scott Pioli, Charlie Weis, you all came up together. What I'm driving at is are you getting enough pushback from the guys on your staff? Do you know what I mean?

BB: Yeah, absolutely. And I've talked to other coaches about that - coaches that are pretty well established, and I get the nature of your question. There's definitely Romeo [Crennel] or Charlie or somebody; they wouldn't really be afraid to at times say, 'What are you doing? Are you serious? Are you seriously considering that?' ...

It's a stupid question because it has nothing to do with the coaching staff. Unless maybe Belichick should have had an Interception Coach to make sure they hold onto the ball.

Meriweather's drop was worse than Samuel's fwiw. I never agreed with most that Samuel should have caught that, it was way over his head.

I think it would be dope if BB was the only coach.
