Because both QBs have played in more than 1 SB they know what they did wrong in their approach the 1st time around and can share that with Drew. Drew is the key to the game. If he's "on" the Saints will win this game. They are the better team.
Sorry started a new thread, but I thought it might put a smile on your face

Hey he might have just called Brady Hes said there is no better QB in the game, so who else would he call. its at 2:15

Seems to me that the big difference between Brees and Brady or Roethlisberger is that Tommy and Big Ben both went to the Super Bowl for the first time during their second season in the league. People forget that Brees entered the league during the same season that Brady won his first SB and three years before Roethlisberger played his rookie season; he is now in his ninth year.

Sure, there's no harm in talking to them but, in the end, I don't know how comparable the experiences are. Brees brings a lot more experience and a very different set of expectations with him to the game.

Niiiiiiiiiiice!!!
Drew Brees is such a winner and such a breath of fresh air. Hopefully he did talk to Tom because Tom can give him quality advice in two areas. First he can really advise Drew on what to expect and how to handle the pre-game craziness leading up to the SB. How to enjoy the experiece yet get the quality prep time in. The second area Tom can offer some valuabe advice is in playing against the Colts D. Tom knows that D inside and out and has put up great numbers against them. Tom knows their tendencies, their blitz patterns etc. Brady can be a valuable resource for a QB who hasn't played the Colts much at all. As I said in my earlier post, Drew Brees is the key to this game. If he is "on" the Saints will win because they're the better team.

I dont know anyone else he would call, I can only hope, Brady is the best choice and we know he respects him allot. He could really help Brees right now as you said. Tom knows what to do and how to handle it.
