No question this defense needs a well defined fulcrum.

Good read ... I kind of feel bad for Pepper on the one hand but this isn't a feel bad type of business.

Matt definitely has more upside ... will he get the job
... excel in 2 years and then leave us as clubs are not shy about hiring youtfull head coaches anymore.
