See you later. Good luck. Hope next team wins 3/4 SBs and sets the standard for team excellence in sports.

No shame in that. That is when I threw out my Aikmen jersey and bought a Brady one. There was no Patsfans.com until February 2002, right?

Don't let the door hit your butt on the way out.

Seriously, there is a difference between fans and those who jump on the bandwagon of winning teams.

First they lose to the Colt, Saints, and now the Fins. Sure they beat the Jets but that was only because I was there and they didn't want the liability of someone doing a swan dive from the red seats.

Now Tom has a baby and so we all know where his head is going to be. Four players not being allowed in practice. AD not happy.

So if they don't care, why should we? What's the other 1 o'clock game this week? Or maybe I'll watch an inspiring movie on the Lifetime Movie Network.

I say to hell this team. What have they done for me over the past couple of weeks.

What are you going to do Sunday?
I'm gonna curl up with some frozen yogurt and a snuggie and flip over to watch Breakfast at Tiffany's. Bliss. Seriously fellas?

I suspect that he is not at all serious. HOWEVER, there are many, many bandwagon "fans" of the New Endland Patriots.

Wait! Should we go Jets or Miami? Decisions, decisions.
I know. I'm going Colts and Manning all the way!
Then again, what if Manning folds in the playoffs? Sorgi's on IR! Maybe Brees is best...

Thank you for the snark detector calibration check. I needed that.

I'll be at the sports bar with the rest of my crew, cheering hard and cheering loud. As long as I am able to draw breathe, and there is a Patriot game being played, I will be watching them, even if they were winless. Been a fan too long to give up on them. If this is the beginning of their slide back to mediocrity, then so be it. I will remain a Patriot fan forever. I am a Homer and proud of it.
