Default OT: Bob Sanders misses practice with new injury

I guess when you're 5'8" 200 lbs and play like you're 6'4" 250 you're bound to get alot of injuries. When healthy, he is as good as there is. But he starting to be pretty unreliable. Dare I say injury prone! I never wih injuries on any player, but hopefully this may help the Pats in two weeks.

Bob Sanders has a new injury
Posted by Mike Florio on November 4, 2009 5:07 PM ET
After months of rehabbing a knee injury, Colts safety Bob Sanders finally returned to action on Sunday, against the 49ers.

And now, as the Colts prepare for an AFC South showdown with the Houston Texans, Sanders is hurt.

Again.

This time, he's got an elbow injury. He missed practice because of it on Wednesday.

Also missing practice Wednesday for the Colts were defensive end Dwight Freeney (rest), receiver Anthony Gonzalez (knee), cornerback Kelvin Hayden (knee), cornerback Marlin Jackson (knee), and kicker Adam Vinatieri (knee).

A bad elbow won't keep him out of a divisional game and it certainly won't keep him out of the NE game- It would take something just short of shooting him in the head for him not to be starting next weekend.

This.

With the Groove that Melvin was getting into I wasn't sure that Bob would be able to step right in and keep it going.

I love Bob when he plays right, When freelance the crap out of the play Bob shows up we give up big plays. Look at that Gore run, Bob took a horrible angle to the carrier and blocked himself out of the play. Melvin may not have the talent of Bob but he does the job he is supposed to do not the job he thinks he should do.

Sanders better be healthy next week because I have been anxiously waiting for Steve from Fall River calling the Big Show to complain how the Pats should have drafted him over Ben Watson. Steve from Fall River refuses to acknowledge the guy spends more time in the tub than on on the field.

We don't let him near a hot tub, he might burn himself and miss 3 weeks.

You don't have to say it with a hushed voice. Bob Sanders has always been injury prone. It's been his reputation. Great player when healthy, but he is (and it is widely agreed) as injury prone as it gets.

Ahahaha, nice one. I hope he plays and is desperate for the highlight reels. Brady's highlight reels, that is...
