Good stuff, Chris. Fun week to be on the Patriots beat.

This was a beatdown of epic proportions, the kind of shock-and-awe, record-setting onslaught that should have come with a PG-13 rating if you were a Tennessee fan.
Probably PG-13 for Patsfans, too, for NFL p*rn instead of extreme cartoon violence.
can u imagine how much Baltimore players and defense would have cried if that had been the score in that game?
i am very surprised at how well TEN players took it, they applauded our guys after the game, and they didnt cry to the media, my respect for them has risen

Tom Brady is back...Go NE Patriots
We learned that when BB smells blood, the other team is in deep doo doo. With the onset of snow, BB knew two things:
1. Tennessee's pass rushers were going to have trouble getting solid footing to mount a serious rush. See the famous Snow Game. The Titans already had a lousy pass defense, but this was going to make them completely ineffective. Lots of shotgun and play-action was in order.
2. In the snow is a great time to play tight man-to-man. The receivers are not going to make the crispest of cuts. The QB's footing is going to affect his mechanics. BB was forcing the QB to be perfect on every throw, something difficult to achieve in these conditions.
The Pats played the weather perfectly. Compounded with Tennessee's quite visible flaws, this added up to the 59-0 shellacking.
I was actually sitting and watching this slaughter thinking,"Hey guys, save some of these points for the tougher games up ahead"
Me too. Half of me was thinking that exact same thing while the other half was thinking "F*ck it, put up a 100 points on them, keep Brady in to throw for 500+ yards and 8TDs, throw the challenge flag on the safety."

Well, knowing our history of injuries with Titans in the past, I was praying and pleading in front of my TV to BB to pull Brady out in the third quarter. Guess what, he listened to my prayers
