Investigative journalism right there. However, some people will still say that this loss is squarely on Brady, and Brady alone.

Right now will say 50-50... the problem I have is that we were so comfortable with #12 being superman for quite a while now, when he is not very bummed out...

He would have been bailed out yesterday though if the defense didn't allow the Denver offense to go for 424 yards.

Not convinced that Brady and the O calls should not take half of the blame.. the pats had the ball 11 times, 4 of those times they were 3 and out... time of possession was 36.5 to 28.5 in favor of the Broncos... the Bronco's had 14 more plays.. it goes on and on.. we are used to the O moving the chains and eating up the time of possession, did not happen yesterday.

The D bent too much, but our O can share the blame...

Can someone please explain to me how you get pressure on a 5 yard out pattern???? Because that's all the Broncos were throwing yesterday (other than the screens, where pressure doesn't help and the quick clear out play to Scheffler). Please help me out here. The lack of pressure is a red herring. There's no way you can get pressure on a QB throwing those types of patterns. This is what the Patriots used to do to the Steelers to nullify the pass rush - spread out the defense and throw short passes.

Yards aren't points. Good try though. The Pats defense allowed 17 points in regulation.

I agree it sounds good, just another euphanism...
