You can't prove that anymore than anyone could prove he'd be better here.
Romo had better promise when Parcells was there ... I think he just needs a stricter system to flourish.
Bill doesn't GET players to improve, he seeks players with the capacity to. Romo's a good kid, and he has some physical tools. He's just not terribly bright and driven or cerebral and he's not nearly talented enough to get by on his.

Also - here in Dallas last year, alot of people(but not me) were pointing fingers at Terrell Owens b/c supposedly, his whining and crying over wanting to be happy and get the ball alot ended up hurting Romo's reads when he would drop back in the pocket. Well...despite a dangerous running game now that Jason Garrett is utilizing...well...let's just say you can't blame someone else for your own problems.
i'll be honest with you. i think tony would be a much better QB here in NE than in Dallas. The reason is simple. Belichick. He would make sure Tony does not do the things that get him into trouble. The pats coaching staff is the best for a reason. Even Turdell Sands who was awful in Oakland looked pretty good yesterday.
Dallas has a major coaching problem since Parcells left. Parcells kept Romo on a leash for a reason. Not only that, Jason Garrett is probably not going to get the HC gig he wants. He should have taken the HC job in Baltimore but went back for more money in dallas and now no one probably wants him.

Romo is a gunslinger - a poor imitation of Favre. He can make the spectacular play, but loses games due to forcing the ball, poor reads, bad game management, and poor decision making, all of which are anathema to Bill Belichick.
Peyton Manning, Matt Ryan, and probably Joe Flacco would do well in our system.
Remove that horse-faced goober - and his lil' brother - and add Carson Palmer, Cassel, Brees, and poss. Rodgers, Hasselbeck & Warner, and you've got a deal.
To the original point: Tony Romeo would never succeed here. He personally - and only he -lost both the jints & donkeys games, all by himself. Dallas should be 4-0, the jints 3-1.
Romeo is regressing, not progressing. By season's end, he'll be a basket case.

Hasselbeck and Warner would never make it here. Injury prone and ball security issues. Matt was Brett's understudy and it took years for Holmgren to break the bad habits and by the time he did his had run out.
Bill would love horseface, and might even tolerate his brother. Because they are coachable and Peyton is incredibly cerebral and they are both all in guys.

Most importantly, he doesn't have the fire. He doesn't have the emotional humiliation suffered by a 6th round 199th pick.

Inability to read defenses and running around in circles hoping someone will get open is a strength?

Exactly, I think our "system" would play to the strengths of any qb allowing that qb to succeed, but I don't think he would do nearly as good as TFB or Matt Cassell. I think he has a better arm than cassell and their athleticism is similar but I think Matt had a better head on his shoulders.

I still have a soft spot for Hasselbeck because he's a BC alum & Patriots legacy, like Lofa Tatupu. Not a very rational reason to place him in the "possibility" category I admit. As for Warner, I gotta give him his due because he seems to have made the most of his non-overwhelming physical gifts, while displaying inarguable toughness. He & his wife's attitudes can be off-putting, but his dedication seems genuine, unlike that of the other UDFA QB Romeo. You're right, though, that both he & Matt can suddenly suffer from fits of Turnover-itis.
As for horseface, I still take glee in the "Manning Face" from the 2003/04 POs, and will always remember his quote after losing to Pits-dirt in the '05 POs about his "protection issues." I would love to see that expression - and those comments - again due to another loss to the Pats in a future PO game.
