Pats start off against 5 undefeated teams in a row...
Does anyone know how to research the last time this happened?
The Bills, Jets, Falcons, Ravens, and now the Broncos were 0-0, 1-0, 2-0, 3-0, and 4-0 respectively.
Obviously, having it happen the first 2-3 weeks is not that unusual, but I suspect it gets pretty unusual for the streak to continue through week 5, because undefeated teams begin to get pretty rare and then the schedules have to line up just so.
In any case, this indicates the Pats have come through a tough early stretch very well with some quality wins.

Don't underestimate the Ponies. Very good defense. Dallas is a good team, and Cincy is 3-1. Denver won't be a cakewalk, especially at Mile High.

McDaniels knows all about Brady, so we have to hope BB knows all about McDaniels to counteract McDaniels inside knowledge- but then at least Josh has gone a solid year and a half without really working with TB.

Undefeated teams this early in the season dont really qualify as "tough" teams to play against. Being undefeated this early doesnt really indicate anything.

Giants , Colts , Saints are undefeated . They are tough teams to play against.

So does playing teams that have zero wins mean anything as well???

I never like it when the Patriots travel to Denver, and the Broncos have been pretty good so far. But there isn't really anything that terrifies me about their offense. And a lot of that starts with the QB play. It has been pretty safe, and Orton hasn't made too many mistakes. But I couldn't comprehend today how some of the passes he threw today weren't picks. It looked like some of them went through the defender and into the receiver's hands. I hope we turn a few of those tight throws into easy INTs next week
