I just watched the highlights on NFL.com, and I feel sick to my stomach I feel so bad for him. It looks like his leg was kinda bent the same angle Brady's was, just not in the same manner and not as badly.

That's the first step to rule out any bone damage to the fibula, tibia, or ankle. The x-ray cannot detect soft tissue damage , that's where the MRI comes in. The MRI will be the next step to determine if there was any to the ACL, MCL, or PCL
