I'm not saying that Brady is hurt, or that Headstomp tried to hurt him, only amazed that someone who stepped on a opponent's unhelmeted head could say, "I'm not that type of player."

That’s what we always do, and I think the last nine years we’ve put a pretty competitive team out there on the field every year. I think that’s how you do it – you get good football players. Sometimes they are not always at the No. 1 position, but I don’t think you pass up good football players to get the guys who aren’t as good just because they’re at a position that somebody feels you need.”

Its a physical game and I did not see anything wrong with Albert's hit on Brady - Anyone who does is just a whining beeotch IMO
Haynesworth is a hard hitter who plays hard and tough just like the way the game was made to be...and his fierceness and agility is why he is the best defensive lineman in the game - The hit on Brady was not late nor was it intentional nor was it meant to injure Tom - I get tired of the whiners and I bet Tom isnt complaining about it either.
If Tom is injured more seriously that thought,I would not blame Albert but more of the way Tom awkwardly unfortunately landed on the hit..it was no ones fault.

Other than that, what other evidence do you have to say his a dirty player? Would you say Seymour is a dirty player?

Re: "I wasn't trying to hurt him. I'm not that type of a player, you know?"
The only thing that I saw unusual is that when most DL fall on top of the QB, they sorta move or push away towards the side of the QB's body so that they dont stomp them. Haynesworth either wanted to squash Brady or is too lazy to pull to the side of him when he was bringing him down. He should know he's 300+ body weight is bound to cause some trouble for a meaningless game.

+1
If Wilfork had laid that hit on Campbell we'd all be saying what a beast he was and how the redskins shouldn't be so precious
Re: "I wasn't trying to hurt him. I'm not that type of a player, you know?"
LOL! Although I don't think Hanesworth wasn't trying to hurt Brady, I think it is hilarious that a guy who was suspended for stomping on a guy's face while his helmet was off would claim he isn't that type of player.
Re: "I wasn't trying to hurt him. I'm not that type of a player, you know?"
It is funny but to be fair that o lineman supposedly went at his knees. Now thats a cheap shot Hayneworth was just letting him no that was unacceptable, albeit in a cruel way

Rodney was the "Dirtiest Player" in the NFL for a long time. Clean hit.
Albert said all the things he should have said and he did not even have to go into any of it, it was clean.
