I know I posted this in another thread but instead of people searching for it or posting threads regarding if they can watch the game or not here is a list of stations that will be carrying the game from The506 Broadcast Maps Forum - 2009 Preseason Local TV Schedule.
If you do not get one of the stations listed above your alternative is to watch the game online the links can be found on NFL - Preseason Week 1 (Streaming Thread) - MyP2P Forum looks like we will have two people streaming the game, be sure to check later since the post is regularity updated. Remember the streams are not guaranteed nor is the quality and you will need to install TVAnts which can be downloaded here http://88.191.73.231/~cali/tvants/TvantsSetup.exe but anything is better than watching the game on NFL Game Center: Pre-Game - New England Patriots at Philadelphia Eagles - 2009 Preseason Week 1.

This site is great atdhe.net . Living in southern pa, I don't get a chance to see many Pats games (other than the national ones). This site usually has all the sunday games+ many others. Found it at the end of last year.
