Does Massachusetts have "lynching" as a distinct crime, or is that only something found in the south?

I believe they use the term 'lynching' for gathering a group of people together in a threatening manner. It has nothing to do with the old style 'lynching' meaning to hang someone. Not sure if it's just in the south, although just the term 'lynching' itself--makes it sound that way.

Umm, don't look now but Seymour happens to be a star in this league. He's the best 3-4 DE in the game, a #6 overall pick, a potential HOF candidate, and he makes about 10 million a year. If other players can have a publicist, then I suppose he can too.

And who knows? Maybe he simply hired one to deal with his wife's drama recently.

The comment of his play deteriorating is quite debatable too--he is the strong side of our D line, demands 2 defenders, and is coming off one of his best yrs after a very serious injury. You have no idea his valuable Seymour is until you lose him. Then all the blame can switch to Wilfork deteriorating.
