I voted other. Julian Edelman, by giving us a wildcat QB to practice against, will help us prepare for it and not get burned by it again.

We didn't get burned by it last year, either, after the first Miami game.

I think Chung starts from day 1. Maybe it is high hopes but he is a solid, solid player. I was pleasantly surprised by the pick.

Oh don't get me wrong, I don't think we'll ever struggle against it as much as we did in the first Miami game last year; but with more and more teams incorporating it into their playbook, it's something we will have to prepare for, and Edelman will help us do that better than any player currently on the roster.

BB mentioned UConn yesterday in one of his post-draft pressers and I think we took 2 from there actually. I didn't know why BB had jumped positive on UConn but your info probably explains why. Cool, thanks, and based on that I'll predict Butler as well

Chung would seem to be to obvious choice..... However, I went with Butler.
Why? The trading of Hobbs. Butler won't take a starting corner this year but he should see a lot of nickel and dime.....

Still a tough choice though Chung and Butler should be neck and neck for playing time in 2009....

I think Chung does. IMO, I think he has the chance to start right out of the gates for this defense. I know Sanders and Meriweather have been solid, but this kid Chung is the real deal from what I've seen and read. The thing I can't seem to hear enough of is about his intelligence. He is known to be an extremely smart player who can pick up complex schemes, as well as read the other teams formations. I'm very excited about him.

I wouldn't be suprised if Edelman enters games for us in the Wildcat formation. Just being practice material alone would make him worth the late round pick. Coming into the game and being effective in our Wildcat formation would make him a steal, IMO.

It's tough call for me cuz Chung was my binky at 58 of the second rd, with maybe a move up to get him. So I was surprised, but not shocked to see him selected at 34....

don't forget about Tank Williams filling the role of SS in the box on running downs.... But we shall see come TC and the pre-season games....

Trust me, I won't ***** if he's ahead of the curve for rookies in general at DB!

Rich Ohrnberger. He has to get some playing time so he can

replace either Mankins or Neal in 2010.
