kinda funny ,simms ripping everyone who makes statements too early...like BB is not a great coach . Collinsworth asks if the pats made the playoffs to mockingly justify his point but i think the heading of the ariticle takes it to next level.

It was a piece where Simms vented about his pet peeves about each of the other co-hosts and said they had to correct them if they wanted to become a better show. I could be wrong, but I detected some genuine tension there. I'm actually surprised he called them out so directly. I agree with him totally, but he should have had the number of times Sapp agreed with Collilnsworth researched if he was going to bring it up.

Cmon now you put a completely bad spin on what was actually said.

Phil Simms was basically talking about when Brady went down and Matt Cassel was the known backup after struggling throught the preseason. Collinsworth along with every Patriots fan questioned Belichicks integrity by keeping Cassel on as QB. Obviously BB knows what he's doing.

Collinsworth DID NOT SAY Belichick IS NOT A GOOD COACH I get the impression he was questioning his choice in backup QB's. I'm sure he made all of us look like asses and proved how great he really is.

That was a very entertaining clip.
Sapp was also getting a bit agitated.
That was a great beat down by Simms.
Those guys deserved it for the negative things
they've said about BB and the Pats.

Some of us have more faith in BB's ability (I don't see the relevance of BB's integrity here) to evaluate talent and coach up. If you were to go back to early September threads you will find many who vocalized their support of BB's choice in Cassel. Even if many of the opinions were simply to give Cassel a chance to see if we could see what BB must have seen day in day out. In other words, I don't feel like an ass, well, for that issue anyway.

uggghhhhh.........5 minutes of my life that I will never get back because I read this and watched the video
