Default The '63 Pats were the victims of dirty cheaters

So this morning I watched BSPN's Outside the Lines to see the story about the Texans players, and they had a segment that should be of interest to long-time Patriots fans.

Apparently some members of the 1963 AFL Champion San Diego Chargers have come out and revealed that the team gave them steroids. Therefore, I am calling for the '63 title to be retroactively awarded to the team the Chargers defeated in the championship game - the Boston Patriots. Or at the very least, an asterisk should be put next to the '63 title.

(Granted the fact that the Chargers got a free bye week because the Pats and Bills had to play a divisional tie-breaker might have had something to do with it too, but that don't matter because the Chargers are DIRTY CHEATERS!!!)

P.S. In case you haven't figured it out yet this thread is meant as sarcasm. No death threats, please.

The 1919 White Sox threw the Series !!! Oh no, let's sue !

There is so much "cheating" going on these days that it's almost no longer news worthy...

yeah but not everyone got fined a huge chunk of cash and a draft pick (like you guys and the broncos have been)

like has been mentioned, in 63 it simply wasn't against the rules

i can't even begin to imagine all the crap on the NFL's banned list that was taken by every single team up until the point it was added to the list, staggering
