Per Reiss, of course.

At this rate, the Pats might keep Cassel just so he can be the WR coach.

Wow. They better start hiring or something. There just can't be enough people in there to promote, can there?

Yikes! I KNOW that this is a GOOD THING -- it's just taking me a minute or two to figure out why ...

I know this is jumping to conclusions but I really hope this doesn't mean Bill is retiring anytime soon* and the guys working for the team are aware of it. Please.

*By soon I mean in the next year or two.

So if he's possible interviewing for a job on the Tampa Bay staff, does that make him the Mangurian Candidate?

Wow I don't know what to say about this. I mean it is just a TE coach but WTF is going on why are so many guys leaving.

Before I came here I used the same headline to send an email out.

McDaniels left to become a head coach and Capers to become a

defensive co-ordinator. I suspect that Seely and Mangurian are

looking for more money elsewhere. When Crennel and Weis were

the Patriot's co-ordinators, they were among the lowest paid

co-ordinatiors in the NFL.

I know most people think that BB and/or Brady are the only irreplaceable parts of the equation, but running a team is still, obviously, a collaborative effort.

New blood and promotions are fine, but when it's an invaluable VP/GM and practically half the coaching staff leaving, it's worrisome.

BB can only do so much. The loss of Pioli could be especially problematic for the Pats, but what can you do?

.
