i would have to say the most surpsing name is the houston texans...

funny that two sets of teams from the same state are both in

So the tally is 6 NFL, 3 Euro Soccer and 1 MLB. Thought the Yanks would be higher. I think they made a mistake after 8 and omitted the next 50 teams. Seriously how is a dysfunctional team that is over-committed to spending worth 1.17 billion? The laugher is that they are 10 million short of the Giants, who have a SB while they have a BF

I surprised the Jets are so close to the Giants. They haven't had the same success.

Nice list but I have no idea how they calculated it (or if they did). Real Madrid are a members club - they can't be bought - so how are they valued? Patriot's placing looks about right though - an amazing turnaround from the early 1990s.
