Default 35-40 mph constant winds, gusts of 55 mph for tomorrow's game

According to accuweather.

Temperature will be 53 with a real feel of 32 degrees.

You can't throw in a game like that.

The last two weeks called for wind, rain, snow, sleet. Then the Pats put up nearly 50 points in each game. My experience has been that Weather.com calls for 30 MPH winds, and then they're 8 MPH or something.

If that is so, then you pound the rock with Morris, Jordan and Faulk. That's one thing that has been lost in all the Cassel hysteria, the effectiveness of the rushing game. They have rushed for 2100 yards, with an average of 4.5 yards/rush and 21 rushing touchdowns.

If it means Welker gets a dozen catches tomorrow, I'm all for it.

Exactly. You'll be able to throw the ball 10-15 yrds without too much of a
problem. We should be able to jam the line of scrimmage against them with
their lack of a passing game.

And according to Mike Reiss, the Patriots have the highest percentage of passing yards coming after catch, so the short passing game has been very effective and could be again on Sunday.

Reiss: ...It's around 54 percent. Last year, it was 42 percent with Brady.

Even if it is windy, that helps our defense in making Lee Evans less of a factor. Offensively I think we've proven we have the versatility to deal with poor conditions.
