. . . have averaged over 30 points a game, including their losses, and including four or five games in miserable weather.

Yeah, 47 on the Cardinals is not better than 48 on the Cowboys, but, as BB would say, you can only play the teams that are on your schedule.

Yeah I saw where in games 9-15, the 2008 Pats outscored the 2007 Pats 229-220. Unreal.

All the more reason to only draft defensive players for 2009. Pioli/BB are not too good at selecting offensive players other than linemen anyway...

And I would like to see Chad Johnson picked up as a FA to replace Gaffney.

As much as I'd loving having 2 of the best WR on our team, we need to strengthen other areas. Our offense is good enough as it is. Our defense, however, needs a lot of upgrades. Spend the money on what is needed.

This is the year. We put our failures in the past, it's a new year, a new defense. It's time to prove to the league that the Patriots are back and aren't going anywhere and they will be the last ones standing in Feb.
Update: Well that didn't work out as I had planned. Next year baby, next year 19-0 we go. Next year.
